Exercises:
-Arm Workout:
Place the exercise bike on the floor or on a table in front of you. Make sure that both feet of the exercise bike rest firmly on the table. Sit with your back straight in front of the device and grasp the two pedals. You can turn the pedal in either direction.
Pay particular attention to the correct, straight posture.
-Foot Workout:
Place your exercise bike in front of a chair or armchair. Put your feet in the pedals. Keep the bike so far away from the chair that when you bend one leg while riding, the other leg is stretched. You can turn the pedals in both directions.
